Dr. Eduardo Reyes Named CALSA San Diego Chapter Superintendent of the Year

Chula Vista Elementary School District (CVESD) Superintendent Eduardo Reyes, ED.d. is named CALSA (California Association of Latino Superintendents and Administrators) San Diego Chapter Superintendent of the Year. After a rigorous selection process, Dr. Reyes received several nominations and was selected as the local leader who reflects the mission, vision, and goals of the CALSA organization.
As the Superintendent of California's largest TK-6 school district, Dr. Reyes is passionate about ensuring each student can develop their potential. He is deeply committed to the Chula Vista Elementary School District's mission of providing a successful, safe, challenging, and nurturing educational experience while promoting the joy and importance of learning for all children.
CALSA is a professional association that advocates for the continued development and placement of Latino educational leaders committed to quality public education.
