California Healthy Kids
The California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) is an anonymous survey of school climate and safety, student wellness, and youth resiliency. It’s part of a comprehensive data-driven decision-making process by the California Department of Education to gather valuable information about students' health-related behaviors, school climate, and overall well-being. Annually, in early December, the CHKS will be open for all fifth-grade students who have opted in to participate. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes and will be administered during class.
End of Year Survey
We prioritize our school communities' opinions, perceptions, and needs. Every year, we partner with Hanover Research to conduct a short survey to help us understand the current school year and the following school year's priorities and needs. The survey is distributed to parents, guardians, staff, and students in the 4th-6th grade are encouraged to participate in the survey. All responses are anonymous and are kept confidential.
