The Chula Vista Elementary School District is proud to honor the exceptional character and contributions of our students at the annual Masonic Awards Ceremony, held in partnership with the Chula Vista Masonic Lodge. This meaningful celebration is part of California’s Public Schools Month, a statewide recognition that shines a spotlight on the importance of public education and the outstanding young citizens who represent its promise.

Each year, the Masonic Awards recognize students who exemplify the values of good citizenship, leadership, academic effort, and community spirit. These awards reflect the historic and ongoing commitment of Masons to support education and to recognize young people who make a difference in their schools and communities.

This year, more than 270 students from across the district were selected by their schools to receive this prestigious honor. Each recipient was chosen for their exceptional behavior, positive attitude, and dedication to their academic and personal growth. These students are role models among their peers and are a testament to the supportive school environments fostered throughout CVESD.
