The Chula Vista Elementary School District (CVESD) is excited to announce that our family of innovation experiences is growing with the addition of the Sound Station, a partnership with the City of Chula Vista. The Sound Station experience allows our sixth grade students to explore their strengths and interests and align them with potential careers in the creative economy.
Students will participate in engaging, hands-on career exploration activities to help them to better understand their interests and explore their creativity through art and music. At CVESD, we believe the arts are crucial to a well-rounded education for our students as it promotes creativity, collaboration, and intellectual growth. The Sound Station will offer a unique, immersive learning experience with innovative technology and hands-on musical exploration.
CVESD is proud to partner with the City of Chula Vista to bring this exciting addition to our family of innovation experiences. We are committed to providing our students with a modern, rigorous learning environment with high-quality instruction, a technology-based curriculum, innovative programs, and strong visual and performing arts.
We look forward to welcoming our sixth-grade students to the Sound Station in the 2023-24 school year.
