We are pleased to share that the Chula Vista Elementary School District (CVESD) has met all standards set forth in the Local Indicators of the California School Dashboard, demonstrating our dedication to excellence in various key educational areas.
The Local Indicators, part of the state's accountability system based on the Local Control Funding Formula, measure our performance in essential priorities such as basic services and conditions, state academic standards implementation, parent engagement, school climate, and access to a broad course of study.
Superintendent Eduardo Reyes, Ed.D., commended the district's performance, stating, “These results reflect the hard work and dedication of our staff and students. Maintaining high standards in these areas is crucial for providing an education that prepares our students for future success.”
