LEAD Academy

The LEAD Academy Program is a free program that occurs during school breaks (fall, spring, and summer) for students in transitional kindergarten through sixth grade who attend a school in CVESD. LEAD Academy offers various academic and enrichment activities, field trips, and meals (breakfast, lunch, and snacks). The LEAD Academy Program is offered at preselected school sites.

Summer Session

Locations:

The LEAD Academy Program will be offered at six school sites: Casillas, Harborside, Hedenkamp, Montgomery, Rohr, and Vista Square.

Summer Registration Dates:

Friday, April 18 - Friday, April 25

*Registration opens at 6 p.m.

Accepted and Waitlist Notification:

Friday, May 9, 2025

*Email notification by 6 p.m.

Summer Program Dates:

Monday, June 9 - Friday, June 27, 2025

*Closed Thursday, June 19, 2025

Summer Program Hours:

7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Meals:

Complimentary breakfast, lunch, and light snacks are provided daily.
