Technology Troubleshooting

Please note the following information for devices that are borrowed from the school site:

  1. Choose to IGNORE the updates that are pushed out by Microsoft on the device you are using. Computers will be updated by IT staff at the end of the school year. It is perfectly safe to ignore requests for updates and may help with application issues that sometimes arise with Microsoft updates.
  2. School sites are responsible for issuing and maintaining the computers that are loaned out to students. If your device needs to be traded in for another one, please call the school office to arrange.
